Golen pink color.

Clean and intense bouquet, with notes of small red berries (strawberry, wild raspberry), morello cherry, citrus (grapefruit) and pomegranate, with a delicate herbaceous undertone that gives it freshness.

On the palate, soft and juicy with a pleasant acidic streak. Enveloping, with fruity notes of morello cherry and strawberry, citrus and with a nice finish that cleans the mouth and refreshes.

Sangiovese and Merlot. Harvested in September.

After cold maceration on the skins for 10-12 hours, the must is clarified by settling. After the separation from the lees, the compound goes through alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 19°C. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.

13% alcohol level.

Service temperature of 12-13 °C.

It keeps very well for 3-4 years.

It pairs well with aperitifs and starters, fried vegetables.

Ceraso Rosato Toscana IGT

Ceraso is our rosé wine, which is born in the Larniano vineyards, south-west of San Gimignano at an altitude of 400 m above sea level from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. We use the same winemaking techniques that we use for Vernaccia, making a fresh, lively and savoury wine bearing the mark of San Gimignano terroir.
