Ceraso Panizzi is made from sangiovese and merlot grapes originating in the vineyards of Larniano, situated on the SW area of San Gimignano on a tuff soil with 400 m elevation. We are employing the same winemaking techniques used for our production of Vernaccia di San Gimignano to make a fresh, lively and savoury rosè wine.
