Il Passito is the youngest experimentation project in the vineyard and in the Panizzi cellar. A wine born on the slopes of Monte Amiata from a – highly unusual for Tuscany - blend of traminer, sauvignon blanc and semillon, vinified with the appassimento method. Once again Panizzi puts its signature on a unique wine, a modern interpretation of the sweet wine style with Tuscan origin.
