Ceraso is the Panizzi rosè, a vineyard blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. We use the same winemaking techniques we use for Vernaccia.

The result is a fresh, lively and savoury wine, with an intense aroma, with notes of small red berries (strawberry, wild raspberry), morello cherry, citrus (grapefruit) and pomegranate, with a delicate herbaceous background that gives freshness. On the palate it is enveloping, with fruity notes of morello cherry, strawberry and citrus a fresh finish.
A wine that recalls the scents and colors of spring, ideal to be paired with seasonal dishes based on vegetables, eggs, but also smoked salmon or meat carpaccio.
