Panizzi's story began with this label in 1989. Vernaccia di San Gimignano in its fresh and ready-to-drink version. Dynamic sip and versatility at the table thanks to the typical freshness supported by the characteristic structure of this grape variety. It is the naturally contemporary interpretation of an ancient wine steeped in history.

95% Vernaccia di San Gimignano, 5% Manzoni Bianco

Vinification/aging

Aimed at enhancing citrus and saline varietal characteristics. Soft whole cluster pressing, fermentation and maturation in steel tanks, resting on the lees for 5 months. Followed by aging in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.

Sensory notes

Light straw color with greenish highlights, bright with freshness. On the nose white flowers, lime, citrus and stone fruit, apple and pear. Slender on the palate, well-structured, with characteristic saline finish reminiscent of the San Gimignano area.
