Food & Wine in Progress is a food and wine event linked to the Tuscan territory with a futuristic vision on the sector, promoted by AIS Associazione Italiana Sommelier Toscana and URCT Unione Regionale Cuochi Toscani in collaboration with Confcommercio, Confartigianato and Coldiretti Toscana and the Butchers’ Association. Only the area’s excellent wines can equal such an important event.
