TheInternational Wine Challenge, one of the most important international competitions in the wine world, has announced its 2021 winners, from among thousands of wines from more than 50 countries, evaluated by a panel of international wine experts.
Great satisfaction for the Panizzi wines, who won four medals: gold with the Vernaccia Riserva 2016 (“Subtle and elegant wine, notes of flint, saffron and cream. Good body. Very pure and precise. Delicious. Long life ahead. 95 points”) and silver with Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2020 (“A really pleasant, drinkable wine with notes of orange blossom and almond. Good, bright, floral notes and lively palate with long flavors. 92 points.”), Vigna Santa Margherita 2019 (“Warm hazelnut nose with hints of lemon. Fresh, clean palate reminiscent of Chablis with mineral elements. 90 points”) and Evoè 2016 (“Full yellow color. A wine with notes of mint, dried herbs and beeswax, lemon and good structure. 90 points.”).
